1 Gallon Jar Whitewater

Decorated earthenware jar from one of the potters in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The size designation looks like a 1/2 but it actually is a single hash mark, meaning one gallon. It has no handles and is not signed. It sold in the 1996 Jeff Skou auction, lot 260.
