Chas Gipfel Milwaukee

Stamped "CHs GIPFEL MILWAUKEE" with a star all inside an outline in the shape of a shield. There is just a touch of cobalt around the shoulder. This one is unusually slender compared with most with this stamp. It was probably made by Charles Hermann.
