Wellms, John - Wausau?

John Williams brewed beer in Wausau in the 1880's. This bottle is stamped "JOHN WELLMS". An example was found in the river in Wausau, so despite the spelling difference there is a good possibility that it is a Wausau bottle. This particular potter often misspelled the name. There are only a few of them in collections that I am aware of.
